We will be changing our clinical system from 16th – 24th June. All GP Practices in Scotland are changing during 2026/27.
During this time, we will have restricted access to your medical records whilst the transfer of data to the new system takes place.
Important points during the changeover period:
- All medications must be requested by Friday 12th June.
- We can only offer emergency appointments during this period.
- We will be unable to book any future appointments until our new system is implemented.
- We are unable to accept new patient registrations from 12th – 29th June.
- We will not receive electronic results or letters from the hospital or any other health facility during this period.
- We will be unable to provide copies of medical records or provide any reports for private companies.
Patient Access will be unavailable after 12th June. You will receive a message to re-register for the new system. Please provide an updated email address to reception staff.
As our team will be learning a brand new system, requests and queries may take longer than usual to process, and our appointment availability will be less for a week or two afterwards until we are up to speed.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this essential upgrade.
