The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is by using your Patient Access account:
This shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also:
- Bring the paper form to the Practice, when we are open.
- Phone our 24/7 dedicated answering machine on 01475 506050. Leave your name, date of birth and the medication you require, plus the name of your Pharmacy.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests by email.
Requests for repeat prescriptions left on our answer machine or requested online at weekends, public holidays and outwith normal surgery hours, will not be processed until the next available working day and ready for collection 48 hours after this.
